ROAM operates leading classifieds across Africa in Jobs, Cars, Property and Horizontal classifieds. The company results from the merger between two different organisations with various philosophies and approaches t user centricity.   In early 2018, the leadership team set the objective to become Africa's most user centric marketplace company. To implement this vision, robust measures were enforced to move away from fallacies of "developed market" classifieds and truly zero in to the African users.

Clemens Weitz, CEO of ROAM will present a keynote titled "The Journey Towards Africa's Most User Centric Marketplace" at the 5th eCommerce Africa Conference & Exhibition.

Aside from Clemens' vast strategic experience with some of the world's largest and complex organisations, ROAM's strategic journey of becoming not only user centric, but user centric in an African context is essential for any ecommerce business that wants to do business in Africa.
